Morning guys, I have been using 5W 20 oil for my 05 corolla but you guys have helped me understand the need to stick with recommended oil so I want to use 5w30 for my servicing which is due already. All d petrol stations I've checked sell 5W20 and 0W40 but I stumbled on someone that sells 5W30 on here. My question is this, does the brand label matter, the brand the person sells is MORGAS oil but the viscosity is the recommended one for my car. Can anyone who has used this please share their experience. Thanks |

Toyota has its own 5W30 oil. It's available in mkt. Go to reliable toyota parts dealer. Here in abuja, u can get from anny Japan at gudu market or better still get mobil 5W30 |

blackfm: Label rarely matter, just make sure you get a correct oil grade and api rating that meet your oem specification... You are good to go 1 Like |
