That's AsoVilla. They were probably coming out from a meeting and had met a light shower; but what's wrong if they handle those umbrellas themselves, respectively.
Moreover its only a drizzle, and its just a walk to their cars, not as if they'll trek to Eagle Square.

Does that means these Presidents don't have subordinates to help them?

I once heard the Chancelor of Covenant University while addressing a chief, called him "chief" but the chief reply and said "No. I'm not a chief but an high chief." why are Africans title-sick but less productive?

All the cries of corruption are cries of hypocrisy. Why is it that Nigeria n's love titles? Love to subjugate subordinates instead of building and leading them?

Then you guys wonder why this country is full of corruption from head to toe and why the best person the APc could find to run against the president is a failed military dictator who is over 70 years old with zero experience in any kind of Democratic style government.

It is the blind leading the blind

Africans are not members of the human race. You realise that when you travel. Just look at your country, politics, people, culture, econpmy and mentality.
