According to those who took these photos, it's not clear If the Okadaman stripped himself or the police removed his trousers during a scuffle with them after they seized his Okada at Station bus-stop, Iju road, Agege. No one is realy sure who striped him If he was the one who did it, I think he needs a very hard beating. If it was the police who did it ( may be he was trying to resist been handcuffed) I think there's no problem because Police is his friend. |
