Tele-IkuruThe Deputy Governor of Rivers State, Tele Ikuru, has defected to the Peoples Democratic Party from the All Progressives Congress (APC). Rivers State Deputy Gov. Tele Ikuru Ikuru declared his defection on Sunday, six days to the general elections.
