(1) Civil Engineer
Requirement
• 4-5 years working experience
• HND /B.Sc Civil Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
• Project management and supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Licence of professional engineer will be added advantage


Responsibilities
• Review structural drawings for new projects.
• Prepare and review bill of quantities
• Assist in project tender process
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
• Ability to check survey levels
• Ability to check excavation works
• Ability to check steel works
• Ability to check concrete works
• Ability to carry out other engineering task as directed by senior Civil Engineer



(2). Electrical Engineer

B.sc /HND in related fields
3-4 Year’s experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION.
Able to analyse and design of all electrical components/systems (High, Low voltage, Voice and Data) for residential and commercial building structures.
1. Able to analyse and design sustainable electrical standard system
2. Able to interpret electrical systems and its components.
3. Drafting/Production of electrical drawings/ shop drawings including specifications and details.
4. Site inspection to ensure conformance to design specification and compliance with operational and safety standards.
5. Taking off electrical quantities.
6. Pricing.

Project Management Responsibilities
• Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting.
• Oversee pre-contract meetings to ensure successful handoff from estimating to field.
• Collaborate with prefabrication and design departments
• Set clear goals and expectations to foreman.
• Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.
• When necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects.
• Manage all jobs closeout procedures.
• Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement.
• Provide coaching/counseling to foreman.
