rukuba road report: INEC officials just arrived my polling unit at about 10:30.

No INEC officials yet in various polling units in Jos. Officers are appointed to take names of people present for accreditation.

No sign of officials, Card readers or Ballot Boxes and ballot papers.

This election is going to be extend upto Tuesday considering the way it is going, or it should be postponed.

Reporting from Utan, 035 polling unit. No inec staff in sight.

The Officials just arrived in various centers and the electorates are in a shouting frienzie as they are not in support of the officials approach of not making use of the list already created before their arrival.
