You are funny. Ok simple maths 36-11 = 25

Forget SE and SS Buhari has 25% in 25 states and may well get 25% in Edo making it 26 states for him.

He needs 24 states. You see why SE and SS doesn't matter here?
he need to get 25% in SS and SE also..... Abi those area no follow for nigeria?

Which run-off?
Almost all the results are out already and shows both parties have fulfilled the 2/3 of states criteria. In this case, the party with the majority of votes will be declared the winner.
If you have any point to the contrary, please prove it, citing relevant sections of the electorial acts.
Course Code: INEC 002
Course Title: ELECTORAL SYSTEM EDUCATION!!!

Course Summary:

1. Criterion 1: A presidential candidate must secure at least 25% of votes cast in each of at least 24 states of the Federation before he could have a chance of winning an election.

2. If a candidate has the highest number of cast votes nationwide but fails to satisfy Criterion 1, he won't be declared the winner. Instead, the candidate with a lower total votes but meets Criterion 1 will be declared the WINNER.

3. Where there is no winner, a RUN-OFF election between the two closest candidates will be conducted within 7 days of the first election.

4. Criterion 2: From the re-off election, winning is by simple MAJORITY i.e. the presidential candidate with the higher number of votes cast will be declared the WINNER even if it is just by one vote.

Until the Chairman of INEC announces the final result, every preliminary result does not matter

They announced APC strong holds and kept PDP'S. I bet it, the results in rivers and bayelsa will be massive for Pdp. I see a repeat of June 12 if Pdp is declared the winner

Huricane Buhari Continues Today

The most recent political movement, wind and breeze moving and blowing in the six geo-political zones in our county continues today. The political wind and breeze known as Huricane Buhari, started on saturday last week and may end today,as INEC Chairman Professor Jega has vowed to stop the heavy political wind.

As for me,let it blow.

Hello, I need to let you all know that GMB is the next president of Nigeria
confirmed!!! Reason is simple, GMB will have minimum 25% in all the 19 states
of the North(it has been proven from the results so far). In all the 6 states of
South West, he has 25% already. That means he has 25% already in 25 states
(19+6). He already has 25% in Abuja according to INEC result(19+6+1=26).
That's 26 states already. Now the balance 10 states of South East and South
South, assuming he's taking zero percent in the two zones or less than 25% in
all the two zones. The cummulative of the 10 states of SE and SS is not up to
cummulative votes of Kano, Sokoto, Lagos, Kaduna and Bauchi. 2/3 majority
has finally been realised and the overall cummulative will swing the way of
GMD. This cannot be altered!!! So change has finally been actualised!
Congratulations Nigeria and all agents of change!
