Party agents of their respective states know the final results which they transmit to HQ. Of course, reporters whose duty it is to know these things get hold of them and send to us.

There are however, margins of error and cannot be final until announced by the INEC Chairman....that's what makes it official.

Some people claim that SAHARA REPORTERS are not a credible source for news but so far they have been 90% spot on with what is contained in their own result sheet published on their website and this was published like 4 days ago. They gave PDP 356000 and APC 19774 as results in crossrivers state. lets see how true their results are now

see reasoning! So u are praying that boko haram should kill everyone in the north... Despite all the killing, did boko haram kill up to 100,000 people in all norths. No! So why the doubt. Go and ask PEJ who admit that north do born throwaway. Then u will know how many dem b 4 north. North people many jare. Make d man go sleep.

Because Lagosians were too busy or too uninterested to go vote.

Which SW state can comfortably best Kano?

.... Thats why there is law that says " For president to win, he must satisfy 2 process"
1, He must have the highest number of votes
2, He must have won at least 25% from at least 24 states

Nothern states alone doesn't made up of that pacentage.
