Tech Writer who can also manage low volume calls, who will startup and head a team that’ll be focused on well researched Enterprise Tech related contents like Networking and Communications, Servers, Storage & Hosted Infrastructure, Security, Software licensing etc.

1. Create, develop and manage content for company's web, email, SMS etc
2. Work with design officer to coordinate web projects across departments
3. Maintain a consistent feel throughout all communications mediums
4. Copy, edit and proofread all communication contents Oversee freelancers, including writers, copyeditors and community outreach organizers
5. Constantly update company blogs, website and social media pages
6. Assure web-based information is archived
7. Manage company web blog and content/ PR.
