It is a common knowledge globally that Chinese items are cheaper; I mean buying electronics gadgets and other items from China are readily cheaper when compared with the prices such items are sold from other producing nations.

But why is it that Chinese items are cheaper, gadgets & electronics like Mp3, Pen drives, Cell Phones, laptops, Video games, HD TVs Digital Cameras etc are readily cheaper in China compare to other nations where these items are equally produced?

Are these items produced in China below standard or what is the reason behind the fact that Chinese items are cheaper?

I am sharing with you in this post 4 unique reasons why Chinese items are cheaper when compared to items from other nations.
4 main reasons Chinese items are cheaper are as follows:

1. Raw Material Cost
The Chinese government supports the small and medium scale industries by providing them a comfortable platform and the raw materials at relatively cheap rates. In the same vein, other industrial requirements like water, electricity, gas or any other fuels are equally heavily subsidized. This allows the companies to produce at a very low cost.
