it depends on the area, places close to school are more costlier than those farther away, 202 which is opposite student gate and also close to both gate one and two is the most expensive I think. Around 120k to 150k for a self contain...... So I heard, others here can provide a confirm price.
Mairi area is also close to gate four and I think gate four is now open... Less expensive than 202 and 303

Stay in the hostel then,
I will advise you to get a bed space in 'NEW MALE A' Hostel, it's the most comfortable and also a good place for recharge card business.

unimaid is done with putme online screening and probably admission process for the year 2019/2020 session but with that score you will definitely get in 100% !!!

With 290+ irrespective of your state of origin, you are getting mbbs on merit !!! And don't worry about olevels....my olevel was 1B3 and the rest Cs ...so the school doesn't consider that......
