I need a serious investor who has N4million naira to invest in land in
Lagos. As a smart investor, you already know that land is something that

and what I intend to do is purchase land, fence it and then resell it to

handed over to them and then you deduct your initial investment while
you give me 40% of the profit made from the sale and you take 60%.
