Buhari’s transition team which is expected
to be announced soon is expected to
commence work with the presidency after
the governorship and state assembly
elections will focus on the smooth
handover from the Jonathan administration to his administration. The transition committee will have a good mix of politicians and private sector players as members.

President-elect Muhammadu Buhari has a
packed schedule this week. He is leading
the All Progressives Congress (APC)
campaigns in some “battleground” states
to lend his popularity to the push by APC
candidates.
He is scheduled to visit Lagos, Delta, Akwa
Ibom, Rivers, Imo, Nasarawa and Benue
states.

their seats when the 8th session of the
