It takes two to tango, so why do people look down on women ( and not men ) that have children out of wedlock

Probably cos first its usually d lady dats stuck wiith the child. Pple may not even know d man is d owner of d child, cos he's not the one dat carries pregnancy around.
Also our society mostly expects women to observe more morality than men . That's why women get more blame than men do in sexual scandals.

Because birth control is the woman's responsibility. smiley She determines whether or not she gets pregnant by: closing up ze punny, or using birth control. Barring any coerced copulation, if she didn't want to be pregnant she wouldn't be. wink

why do people look down on women?

your question should be why do women look down on their fellow women? women are the ones that mostly look down on baby-mommas. nothing to do with men in most cases.

it's women that somehow infused decency with sexualïty. men who date multiple women at a time are not judged by his fellow men, he even gets a pat on the back for his virility.

a woman who dates multiple man get instant judgement from her peers. why do you think women put a value on their virginity unlike the men who actually ridicule their friends who is yet to taste the forbidden fruit?

the fault is with the women...they are the masters at slüt-shaming.
