This is the reason why GEJ failed as a president, leadership is a hands on approach, you dont surround yurself with cronies who just feed yur ego by praise singing yur name to u, a good considerate leader send invisible subordinates to the market place, to the schools, mechanic shops, poor neighbourhoods to listen to the sufferings of the people, some delta militants are complaining now, what are u complaining about? why didnt u say to the GEJ build refinaries and associated industries let us industrialize our area, why didnt u ask why r we selling crude oil and using the money to buy petrol kerosine and diesel from aboard cant we build the industries to make petrol and make us industrialized? that fact is the people who missed out on GEJ presidency is his own people from the delta regions, sure he made a handfull of people super rich but he failed his region, Gowon, shagari all northerners they built PH, warri, and any meaniful industrial development in the region so all ye GEJ lovers all hail yur leader
