DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Development and Implementation of business development strategy
• Development and Implement Integrated Marketing Plan (Traditional and Digital Marketing Plan)
• Coordinating the Marketing Team – for proper implementation of the integrated marketing plan.
• Perform and maintain competitive analysis and market research
• Build key strategic alliances and Manager Business Relationship (Vendors, Merchants, Content Provider, Media Agents, etc).

OTHER MAJOR DUTIES
• Explore and identify business development opportunities.
• Contribute to the business development process by participating in sales calls, assisting/leading
proposal development efforts and delivering client presentations.
• Support the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong working relationships with key sponsors, and team members.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, and business development tools.
• Play a key role in the growth of sales for the company & Increase the online sales and meet sales targets
• Support and transform clients off-line (retail, catalog and phone) offerings into effective on-line commerce channels through innovative systems and process design, systems integration, and multi-channel marketing.
• Be innovative and identify new opportunities to drive the business through partnerships Ensure all team member are playing their role according to the business strategic plan
• Undertake such other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature as from time to time as may be required.
• Ensure End of Week and Monthly report preparation – in respect of marketing activities and result.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must possess a first degree from a recognized institution.
• With 1 - 3 years related work experience
• Possess good social and marketing network
• Salary range 50,000 t0 60,000
