Lagos state election seems to be the second round of presidential elections initially predicted to happen in the presidential elections by some people. Virtually everyone in the country knows who the main contenders are for Lagos, but same cannot be said for other states in the country. There is so much silence about the other states that an uninformed person may be tempted to think that the other states will vote for either of the Lagos state candidate. The Oba's statement which if said in another other state would have been a local issue also acquired this international status because of this same situations of the elevated status of Lagos state governorship elections. Lagos state governors issues a statement, it is propagated as if the president made a national broadcast. Haba, no other governor de this country.

Please all the other states should let us know how the trend of politics is in their states, except someone is trying to tell me that nairaland is filled up of only Lagos residence.
