Please, if there is any agency, association or anyone that can be of assistance to a man who has been lying by the road, before the bridge at Soka Junction in Ibadan. Assistance and succour would be appreciated if such can be rendered to the man before he gives up the ghost.
The man may even be dead as he has been lying on a spot for the past few days but has only been moving from one spot to the other.
