So I bought land , one and half plot in igbopa village, ikorodu in the year 2000. I had it surveyed and have my 5 copies of the survey stuff registered in the local government. I bought it from the surveryor who also has an estate agent business. I also have a reciept of purchase from him. The land was given to him as payment for work done for some family. He had a lot of land so I wanst the only one that bought from him. Since then I havent done anything . I am not even in lagos. Is the land lost? I didnt bulid a fence or anything ..just the survey and registration. The surveyor was abit old then , if he is alive he will be very very old . his company was called Shabi properties. Should I even bother asking someone to go check it out . It was real bush back then .. Any advice will be helpful Thanks |

Personally, I think u made a wrong move. Gone r those days wen u buy a piece of land n dump it dere hopin its safe. Omo-oniles r d bandits n terrorists of d modern time. I honestly dnt knw if ur land is lost or not until u make moves to reclaim it. Wish u d best |

since 2000 as at that time lagos had not even really developed but now i believe your land would have been sold to 4 different people and someone would have helped you place a structure on it. 1 Like |
