I am reporting live from Port Harcourt City Local Government Area of Rivers State. The buses parked outside are buses that shall be used for movement of sensitive and insensitive materials from the INEC-LGA office. The level of security in Port Harcourt City has sky-rocketed compared to the previous election. Hence I have no doubt that this election would be interesting, freer, fairer and acceptable and voters would be coming en-masse compared to last election.
