Woman Dies In Katsina While On Queue To Vote by lalasticlala(m): 3:34pm On Apr 11, 2015
A 50-year-old woman, Yar’Baba Yusuf Babangida,was confirmed dead after she reportedly slumped while on a queue for vote in Katsina.

The deceased was said to be on queue at Kofar gidan Hamisu polling unit of Makera ward in Funtua local government area of Katsina State when she suddenly slumped.

It was gathered that she was rushed to Funtua General Hospital where health personnel certified her dead.

“We were told that she had already died even before we rushed her to the hospital,” a resident who took part in the rescue operation said.

The deceased, a widow, was said to be hypertensive.

Voting is not by force ...it's not a do or die thing.
If you are not healthy or too strong to vote, why not stay at home?

RIP ma.... You died a patriot, exercising your civic right , It's a pity that your country will not recognise you.
