PORT HARCOURT – GOVERNOR Chibuike Amaechi has described the ongoing guber and House of Assembly elections in the state as a sham.
Amaechi spoke shortly after he was accredited at his ward in Ubima community, Ikwerre local government area. His wife was also acredited.
Chief Press secretary to the governor, Mr David Iyofor said the governor had to describe the election as a failed exercise because of reports available to him from several parts of the State.
