In the new 52 run, when Bruce found out superman and wonderwoman were dating, he stated that the reason he was so against it was because if Clark ever went rogue, the best chance they'd have to beat him would be Diana. And he was saying this with a box of kryptonite at the ready (he had boxes for every member of the justice league, with each of their weaknesses in it.) He also showed Clark Diana's box. It was empty. This means, in a rogue scenario, Clark would also be the only one that would have the best chance of stopping Diana.

The fight between the 2 teams will go like this..Dr strange has a micro EMP in his throat from last night's drink which Batman activates to take him out immediately the fight starts..this confusion will make Wonder Woman and Superman go to check on him while Superman attacks with anger and runs into Kryptonite which takes him out too..this will in turn enrage Wonder Woman to attack with speed, Cyborg sacrifices himself to buy Black panther time to attack with Vibranium while Batman activates the Justice League buster and puts her in a trance and ties them up with her Lasso..this will then leave just Cap alone with Black widow and Falcon while a recuperating Cyborg joins Batman and Black panther to take out the other teams
