As the day to hand over date get closer, there have been different report of corruption charges against the Delta state Governor ( Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan ). Most are accusing him of various embezzlement of the state funds. Delta state is one of the state with high revenue but with undeveloped infrastructure. Many of the roads that are abandoned for reasons of poor funding.
