The supreme court gave a judgment that Hon. Ifedayo Abegunde representing Akure south/north federal constituency of on do state should vacate his post as a federal honorable because he decamped from labour party to ACN in 2011.
With this judgement Hon speaker of our lower camber and governor elect of sokoto is expected to do the needful as I have stated when he decamped, although people criticised my write-up I guess this judgement has vinticated me and has proved my little knowledge of the law ( constitution) to be correct.

Also, although the judgement looks late considering the fact that his tenure is almost over but this is a new dimension in our democracy as it will reduce if not eliminate the way our political prostitute legislators move from one party to another
