Believe it or not, Nollywood actress Tonto Dike, could be the new petroleum minister. She holds a Bachelors degree in petroleum engineering from the famous University of Port Harcourt.

With Buhari's assertion that technocrats would form the core of his cabinet, he and the APC may settle for Tonto Dike as substantive minister, and Amaechi as the minister of state.
