DMX (38), aka Earl Simmons, was has been sentenced to 90 days in a Phoenix jail, and was also placed on 18 months supervised probation Friday by a Maricopa County court commissioner. DMX had many charges against him, so we’re not even sure if he has many more court appearances after this. It’s very sad to see his life turn out like this.
