It simple...if Arase will be acting IGP he will simple return to his original line of duty when the new IGP is appointed by the incoming president..

The tradition has always been to appoint new IG from among serving AIGs, this will than lead to retirement of ALL DIGs. GMB would have sacked Suleiman Abba and appoint new IG from among the serving AIGs, that would mean retirement for DIG ( Acting IG) Solomon Arase. Arase is not a VICTIM in any sense.

Bros pls let's understand ourselves here, do you think Jonathan,GCFR , would sack the IGP for withdrawing security aids from Hon. Tambuwal? An opposition who troubled him for as long as he was elected president?

Perhaps it might be as a result of the IG not allowing the DIGs posted to key states to influence the elections but insisted the CPs should be in charge. It was also rumored that the IGP was seen at the collation centre with GMB while the later received his CERTIFICATE OF RETURN.

He was very partisan. Especially in the SE and SS states. GEJ is trying to save face by doing a few good things before leaving like vetoing the constitution amendment thingy. As per Mbu, he will be drafted to Sambisa by GMB come May 29th.

my dear sometimes i wonder why gej wants to score a cheap goal when the game is over. This info came out last and it turned out to be true. So which means the the info of Gej asking for refund of unspent money out of 2 trillion naira he gave out should also be true. Even though abati has debunked it. Gej u no try.
