All these kinds of write ups are not new here on nairaland.com. It's always cool to curse and hate people of other tribes. That's what makes us perfect in the eyes of the world.

Uncultured tw.at... You are the one that would be enslaved! The whole genesis of this problem was Azikwe. He wanted to be president over a bigger Nation, so he was in favor of keeping Nigeria as one country in 1957. Awolowo sternly warned Azikwe that let it be Southern Nigeria and Northern Nigeria separate but Azikwe and the Northerners had their way.

The issue is Azikwe should be blamed for the mistake of allowing Southern Nigeria and Northern Nigeria to be one country when his fellow Southerner Awolowo strongly insisted that we should not be bonded with the backward and barbaric Northern Nigeria.

As for Ojukwu, why did he follow the path of war? Millions of Nigerians were killed in that war and they were NOT in support of the war! Why should innocent men and women be killed over a dispute that they have no interest in?
