I fall into the category of those who write with good english but not really good when it comes to oral communication. I am tired of it and want to improve in this area.

Please I need advice on practical applications to follow. Recommendation on books to read will be appreciated as well.

If you are sure you write so well as compared to how you speak, then take this one line of advise:

Do not rush your words, speak as though you are writing.
