Please my friend is in a conner now; needs urgent response on this topic. He misplaced his birth certificate and someone advised him to get a Declaration Of Age from a law court. Can this really suffice, and to what extent? Thanks |

anybody can type affidavits and put rubber stamp on it. No authenticity, so nope, not everyone accept it that's why government agencies insists on ur first school leaving certificate as backup |
