A 35-year-old Nigerian woman has been charged with killing her husband, who she claimed abused and cheated on her with several women including her sister and their nanny's daughter.Temitope Adebamiro's husband, 37-year-old Adeyinka Adebamiro, was found stabbed in a first-floor spare bedroom of the couple's home in the 1300 block of Healy Court early Thursday, according to court documents obtained by The News Journal.Police were called to the home at about 12:40 a.m. for an unknown problem only for arriving officers to find Adeyinka Adebamiro unconscious with a stab wound to the upper body. Paramedics
pronounced him dead at 1:37 a.m. The victim, his wife, Temitope Adebamiro and their two children and nanny had been living at the home for the past two years.
Officers took residents of the home – including Temitope, who was wearing blood-stained clothing to the Cpl. Paul J. Sweeney Public Safety Building near New Castle.
According to police and documents, the two had been married for more than 10 years, during which time Temitope told investigators that her husband physically abused her, even while pregnant with their two children.
She also told investigators her husband had been cheating on her with various women, including her own sister and the nanny's daughter. The papers, however, did not say how old the nanny's daughter was.

Temitope also told investigators her husband had sent her to Nigeria for several months. After returning in December, she had to stay in a hotel near the Philadelphia airport for four days because her husband refused to let her into their Red Lion home.
He then paid for her to fly back to Nigeria for a few more months. About this time, she learned that her husband had spent Christmas with the nanny's daughter.
The husband later flew out to Nigeria and flew back with her to Philadelphia. As he showed her the cameras inside their home over his cellphone, Temitope saw the nanny's daughter inside the home.
At one point, Temitope saw several texts and images in her husband's phone, which she took pictures of using her cellphone. Some of the pictures included images of her sister and the nanny's daughter. The documents do not detail the images beyond that.
As the investigation drew to the night before the killing, police learned the couple had been talking and watching television on the couch about 9 p.m. Wednesday. Temitope and her husband began arguing after he discovered the photos she'd taken on her cellphone and he began erasing them.
As he yelled at her, Temitope told police there was a power outage at which time she went to the kitchen until power returned. But when the power returned, she found her husband in the first-floor bedroom lying in the bed. As she got closer to him, she saw a knife on the ground which she picked up and took to the kitchen.
As she put it away, she noticed blood on the tip and that's when she realized that he was stabbed.
While not admitting to the killing, court papers claim Temitope suggested that her husband stabbed himself. And that she changed her story several times about what happened in the bedroom, including to say that she entered first and her husband followed her in with the knife but that he later dropped it.
The autopsy said the homicide was a single stab wound just below the victim's neck, about 2 inches off the center line. The stab was 4 inches deep and severed the victim's carotid artery and jugular vein.
When police told Temitope that this was not a suicide, the woman "began nodding her head in agreement," according to court documents. Investigators also checked with Delmarva Power, which indicated no such power outage occurred at that time, police said.
Temitope was charged with first-degree murder and other charges. She was arraigned and committed to the Baylor Women's Correctional Institution where she is being held without bail.

Do u see how foreign police work? They heard of d incident, swung into action, salvaged remaining members of d family, gathered evidence (promptly), pronounced d woman guilty n took judgement.......EFFICIENT N PERFECT.
Our Nigerian police? Oh God! They'll first arrest Temitope (including her kids) n her neighbors, then keep asking stup*d, questions, then police PRO will tell us that d case is still under investigation......all this while, d man's corpse will keep rotting in an unbelievable manner.....
I KNOW GMB WILL MAKE THINGS RIGHT!

she's a 21st century wife.
taking responsibility for her action isn't part of her gene pool. the hubby stabbed himself in the neck according to her. at least, she should own up that he did it out of passion, jealousy & rage.

i hope she gets the lethal injection.....

She killed him out of frustration. Her tale is a pure lie. Married men and women should make it a point of duty to make their spouses happy, stable and secure. Not have them abused and taken advantage of. She may have even gotten off if she claimed abused woman syndrome. She obviously got angry, lost it and stabbed him in a fight.
Nigerian men won't die if they stay faithful to their families. Such a beautiful woman and family destroyed on top women that are currently doing different styles with their many boyfriends. Smh

This one doesn't even know how to lie, she must think she's still in her village in Nigeria where the police don't know the meaning of criminal investigation.

1. The dead don't talk. Not all the time, anyway. So she can say the man was physically abusive to her and the kids and the nanny etc and there will be no one to defend him. It paints him as a monster and adds sympathy to her case.

2. It is highly possible that during the time she was forced to stay in a hotel room her husband was having an affair with said nanny's daughter, but why would said nanny allow that? wasn't she cleaning the house or whatever she does in the house during that period? Was she in support of the affair? And if yes why?

3. What kind of woman has an affair with her husband's sister? Its like the man was well loved by the womenfolk, maybe the wife wasn't well liked by her own folk(sister and nanny?)

4. So the man shows her pictures in his phone and forgot to delete the pics of the sister and nanny(probably in compromising positions? Nude? Why do men keep sh1t like that anyway?), and wifey snaps the pics to keep as future evidence for a confrontation. she snaos the pics without the husband's notice.

5. Husband notices the pics on that fateful night. Sudden confrontation, unplanned confrontation. They both get very angry and Husband yells at her.

6. She SNAPS. What she thought was a power outage was her losing control of her senses, blacking out, rushing to the kitchen and picking a knife in her crazed state. she stabs him once on the neck, sadly in the carotid region and he dies in seconds. She drops the knife and walks back to the kitchen in a dazed subconscious state where she recovers---this is signified by the lights coming back on.

7. she walks back to continue the argument from where she thinks it stopped and sees him dead. Confused, she calls the police.

Madam, plead temporary insanity. Get a good lawyer and you might get off with manslaughter.

Poor woman, she should have walked away
Now she's ruined her own life
Imagine being locked up for killing a cheating husband, insult upon injury
If you are going to be locked up, let it be because you were involved in a diamond heist (no bloodshed please) not for a wandering man
Such a waste
