I don’t understand your second question I'm asking because, some say it's for sale, later it becomes for a short period, which is a lease kind of arrangement. Secondly, we have Deed of assignment/conveyance and we have Certificate of ownership. Which one is applicable here. Thanks. |

A sale is a sale; no such thing as temporary sale.
When you buy, you bring your deed of assignment or whatever transfer document your lawyer deems necessary. The vendors sign and you sign as well.
Only the state government can issue you a certificate of occupancy unless the land involved already has one and you’re buying the entire area covered by the c of o. |
