The construction industry in Nigeria, as is the case with other developing nations, is dominated by foreign construction firms. But as time has gone by, some indigenous firms have grown both financial and technical capacity to stand stiff competition from these foreign firms.

Some years ago, I wanted to do Industrial Attachment there, they said they don't recruit IT interns.

Later found out one of my friends did hers there.

SMH.

These firms hardly recruit engineers with zero post nysc experience undecided

Make I go buy the experience for market?? undecided

Did you mention Costain West Africa Plc?
That company is no longer in reckoning. It has caused more pains to the society than gains.
I'm very certain about what am saying. What you see today as Costain is actually a carcass.
There is a desperate need for a total overhaul of the ownership otherwise, that company is moribund.

El-Alan is your number 1? Lol... thats the funniest list i've ever seen.

Come down to the proposed Eko Atlantic and see where construction companies are flexing muscles on landmark projects.

ITB, COBEL, CAPPA and D'alberto: those guys outmuscle Julius Berger when it comes to building construction. Julius Berger only has an edge when it comes to roads.

OP you need to do a throu check b4 put something like this, where did you put Julius Berger? Arab, and ccecc at the moment there's no any bigger construction company lager than Jbn in terms of equipments, engineers and manpower
