can someone help me out please? during the afternoons, I'm always cold but during the night I'll be feeling heat and sweating. I've done tests but nothing is wrong. what could be wrong with me? is it normal? |

I see why you were spitting fire at origin the other day  , it could be change in body temperature or weather changes either of that. If you have been feeling that way then you should embrace it, it could be normal. Everyone must be or feel the same. I'll suggest you always do the needful, bath very cold water at night, let you room windows open at night for enough vent, or sleep half unclad  and try to feel relaxed  .1 Like |
