I read in a book where a politician was asked what leadership is and he said "Leadership is the quality of telling the people what they want to hear when they want to hear it" Maybe you have different view from what this man said we will be glad if you cab share it with us |

Leadership is the ability to have a clear cut vision for the people, with the ability, the desire and the willingness to achieve those dreams and then be able to convince the those you are leading to follow you to achieve that dream. |
