-5-7 years experience in satellite communications and telecommunications.

-Thorough command of verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on motivational skills;

-Able to mentor and train an operational team.



-Experience in managing the RF portions of a VSAT or SCPC network are desirable, including:

-Intimate understanding VSAT and satellite technologies and equipment along with link budgets, frequency planning and general design and implementation.

-Understanding of RF equipment, configuration, and design.

-Configuration of network management systems related to RFT.

-Experience recommending, installing and using test equipment and systems.

-Wireless technologies and wireless data communications (an advantage).

-Practical skills including an experience of RF installations requiring craftsmanship and an understanding of practical factors that affect RF performance, and a practical knowledge RF components.

-BSc in Electronic Engineering with microwave / satellite major
