i want to know which is the best in the dial up connections to the internet in nigeria in terms of speed, reliability, and finance aspect. plz can u tell me which one to use cos am tired of this free browsing of a thing plz. Help,

Better yet why don't you go for broadband connection like Starcomms iZap or MTN 3.5G.

They are both very fast. The only difference is that the MTN 3.5G has a 3GB download limit for a month while the iZap has unlimited download limits.
