What actually makes one a good listener?

I am sick of seeing people do nothing when you share your problems.

I am also sick of seeing people relating a different story when you share your problems with them too.( why must you relate a different story? Are we writing a narrative essay?

Most would just sit there and mop at you , while some would just say one or two things that would make you feel relieved.

Others might as well use the avenue to show off. Thinking they are now some kind of Buddha. After everything you've said, they'd be like (nod, nod and nod. Stand up, leaves your presence without notifying you and comes back when they so wish ). All you'd be left with is coming around the next time to still discuss the same issue .


Does a good listener share an option or does he or she stares at you after all the long talk?

A good listener tries to digest all you've said, then gives you answer/solution when they have one .

A good listener is the one whom after reading this post; will click LIKE or COMMENTS.

A bad one is the one that after reading this; will just click BACK or will just be searching for those who made a little spelling or words management mistakes while commenting on the post, just to condemn them instead of correcting them.
Sometimes, they take back the LIKE they've given to a post.
