I recently listened to a documentary by a white supremacy movement, and a movie 'Dear white people'and this clips defined Racism to contain two major elements which are Prejudice and Power.White caucasians have the power and can as well be prejudice enough to be racist, while blacks can only be prejudice because they dont have the power.I tend to streamline my train of thought in this direction to a reasonble extent.What about you? A discriminatory or abusive behavior towards members of another race is also racism. With that been said, yes a black man ( or Negro as you call it) can be a racist. As a matter of fact, you see it more in black, as we cannot hold back out hate hate feelings till when it can be justified.

BLACK = NEGRO ...there is nothing like black negro
