This algo is supposed to rank topics based on a couple factors (calculated) combined with positive or negative votes from other people (influenced).
I have written it in a way that it doesn't give old topics much of a chance to float too high. This is accomplished by weighting votes based on how old the topic is.

For the sake of this thread, I have opened voting to unregistered users.

Please use it and shoot me any negative criticism. Thank you.

Apparently, this doesn't work well. May cause problems. Took it off.
