It's not course of study. I think I have a very good idea how they did the selection.

No, not Ip addy.

Those who scored above 70 were automatically called. For those who scored below 70, preference was given to those who will be fresh out of NYSC. I personally know three B14 Corp members, myself inclusive, who were called. I don't think its mere coincidence.

I'm sure u know that ppl who asked you the question expected more than it was cool, I don't see any harm in telling us how it went cos this is not cheating. Anyway, if this is how you choose to do it, God ll do our own too

grin grin.

This is quite funny I must say. We were over forty who attended the career session majority of whom are on this thread. I think the only person who tried to answer should be commended and not vilified. cheesy

It's not even like we've gotten offer letters. As far as I'm concerned, I'm even expecting my regret mail so we aren't really different.

Anyway, I'll tell you how it all went. The day started with the usual verification after which we went for breakfast- yes, we had breakfast. cheesy Shortly afterwards, the career session started. It basically centered on telling us about airtel, it's operations, the graduate trainee program, how long it's going to take, what working with airtel is and all that.

Afterwards, we went for interviews. My interview wasn't really the best, I started well and ended badly.

As for the bolded, most folks said the same thing. However, my interview lasted about 30 minutes if not more.

They were basically behavioural interview questions.

I don't know if it's ethical posting the exact interview questions.

It should be ethical now. F**k them! Stingy Bharti people can't employ 40 from 160million. Sorry for the regret mail in between.
