President Jonathan this afternoon appointed Mrs Asabe Ahmed as the executive secretary of Petroleum Equalization Fund(PEF) and Mr. Denzel Kentebe as the executive secretary of Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board(NCDMB)......
