The entire property is valued at N25,000,000 million naira while each flat is valued at N6,250,000 while the current flat/house rent is N200,000 per year.
The lease of two flats goes N8,000,000 (Eight Million Naira Only) for 25 years lease while 50 years lease goes for N15,000 Million Naira Only which is obviously worth investing when you get to see its location and proximity to the road network around it.
