I witnessed "Road Closed" under those military guys a couple of times. Those old Range Rovers and old some open Van like vehicles were what they used.

Professor Akinyemi has spoken well as a diplomat.even in the USA with all its high security and intelligence the President's convoy is not subject to traffic regulations. more so Nigeria has grown so wild dat we now see suicide bombers everywhere.this is not aa question of humility but dat of national security which should not be toyed with or sacrificed on the altar of humility.
