I intend buying a land in Anambra state but has a problem of deciding the right party to buy from. This is my first time and I dont want to make a mistake. I was adviced to buy from real estate company but my initial plan was to buy from a family friend who deals on property. Please I need advice on a better way to go so I wont regret afterwards. I need experienced people who can give advantages and disadvatages (in terms of risk and cost) of buying from either party. Please guide a newby as I need to decide urgently.
