All those great women you mentioned stood for equality. Equal treament of men and women, they are the reason why women of today can stand in any office which was previous meant for men because their lives reflected that a woman can do what a man can. olodo!
they ddnt stand for equality, they stood for greatness....women have been in offices from time immemorial, dont let some people feed you with lies.

You should take your own advise about learning, if you've learnt anything in your life so far, you'd know better than to label what you don't understand, evil.

Your propositions are well outlayed but I think the problem is with Feminist and not the ideology called Feminism.... They forget That's it's a protection tool and not for attack....

if those quotes i mentioned earlier from renowned feminists are not evil, then you are probably just slow............

Gloria Stimenn (sp.) says,
"By the year 2000 we will, I hope, raise our children to believe
in human potential, not God."

Radical feminist leader Sheila Cronam (sp.), who is oft quoted
by the way, says this, "Since marriage constitutes slavery for
women, it is clear that the women's movement must
concentrate on attacking this institution. Freedom for women
cannot be won without the abolition of marriage."

The "Declaration of Feminism" goes back to November of 1971
when they laid out their agenda and this is what it says, "The
end of the institution of marriage is necessary for the liberation
of women; therefore, it is important for us toencourage women
to leave their husbands and not live individually with men. All
of history must be rewritten in terms of oppression of women.
We must go back to ancient female religions like witchcraft!"
Mark that, "We must go back to ancient female religionslike
witchcraft!"

Anne Lori Gaylor (sp.) writing an article called "Feminist
Salvation" in the "Humanist" in 1988 says, "Let's forget about
the mythical Jesus and look for encouragement, solace, and
inspiration from real women. 2,000 years of patriarchal rule
under the shadow of the cross ought to be enough to turn
women towards the feminist salvation of the world."

Dr. Mary Jo Bane, feminist, Assistant Professor of Education at
Welsley College, and the Associate Director of the school's
Centre for Research on Women, writes, "In order to raise
children with equality we must take them away from families
and communally raise them."

Margaret Sanger, the founder of
Planned Parenthood, writing an article called "Women in the
New Race," says this, "The most merciful thing a large family
can do to one of its infant members is to kill it."

Sheila Croonan (sp.) again, writing in the National Organisation
of Women Times, in January of 1988, said, "The simple fact is,
every woman must be willing to be recognised as a lesbian to
be fully feminine!"

"We can't destroy the inequities between men and women until
we destroy marriage" - Ms Robin Morgan

"My current position on marriage is that I am against it. ...
Politically, I am against it because it has been oppressive for
women, and through privileging heterosexuality, oppressive for
lesbians and gay men" - Virginia Braun

Judging something from a religious aspect or morality, further shows how ignorant you are, so you are yet to know that not everyone practices religion or that morality is subjective?

Quoting a bunch of radical feminists doesn't prove anything.

and how was feminism connected to her race exactly?
Re: Feminism And Its Inherent Evils by olumidazz: 2:27pm On May 19, 2015
Best part of the tale is that women were never in bondage but thier minds put them in bondage by the wrong choices they make. what is bad is bad. A good did has no other synonym but "good" it self. All did and miss did has consequences the end does not always justify the means.

What is the purpose of feminism in nigeria

This feminism ish is highly being overrated jare.

As nigerians, we respect our women & dont condone abuse against our womenfolk. And our laws do not discriminate against the female gender.
So what really do these feminists want exactly
Or am i missing something? undecided
