This park is bisected by Back volta and it’s very close to Cote d’Ivoire border. One key feature the park is known for is the large population of Hippopotamus that resides in the Black Volta river and they are mostly seen during the dry season. There are three species of crocodile in the river at the Bui gorge. Is this close to BUI Dam? Theres a dam or power project being constructed by The Chinese some years back, not sure if its in same place
