An armed robber with ak47 disarmed by 2 policemen in mufti at orile Iganmu Lagos – they deserve promotion for their gallantry.
Two policemen in mufti attached to orile Iganmu division of Lagos state yesterday at 12.noon along orile bus-stop disarmed an armed robber with ak47, who was on motorbike from Island to rob a businessman of huge amount of money. He was disarmed when he jump down from the bike to strike at his target and he was gripped and disarmed by two armless policemen at the scene, his ak47 loaded with four magazine collected from him. I therefore plead with new IGP to reward them with promotion for their gallantry. Please.

It seems u are a prophet, u totally said my mind. Immediately, I saw Festus Keyamo as the prosecuting counsel, I almost threw up. This EFCC is irredeemable, confused sets of low fools. How can u use Keyamo an APC stalwart(infact he contested in the APC primary for Delta Central Senotorial bye-election in 2013) to prosecute Sylva who is also an APC stalwart(he is a member of the Buhari transition committee and also a senatorial candidate of the party in the last election)? Its high time EFCC have high profile lawyers who are full time employees of EFCC strictly and are not into politics and do not involve in private practice. Until then, EFCC is only wasting our resources.

EFCC has to prove that the funds in counts 1 - 4 were actually funds from an illegal act. Why couldn't they sue him for the so called illegal act? EFCC will have to prove that one there was a case of money laundering and too, the act is illegal.
