I rooted and was messing around with my phone and deleted the OS.I use an HTC one m7 .please help.the phone is not getting passed the HTC one logo on start up.

How can you be messing around a rooted OS?

Did you install recovery?
Can you boot to recovery?

no I didn't .I even restored the phone to its fctory settings so everything is gone

Search Google FOR "STOCK HTC ONEIL M7 RUU.exe"
Install your HTC one m7 drivers on ur pc then run the RUU on the computer with your phone attached.
That is your only hope.

I don't believe it's easy to delete a rom easily like that. Boot to Bootloader holding the down volume key and power button together until it's powered on. There is a possibility recovery was installed already on the phone. From the Bootloader menu, use the volume key to navigate to recovery and use the power button to select it
Once it's selected, goto wipe dalvik cache and use the power button to select it, and wipe it. Fro. Now for that menu, select reboot system
